My Therapist – Is it Love or Hate?

I mean really, who cares. Either way you’ll figure it out by engaging in the work, or not. But let’s take a deeper dive for a sec:
If you are unclear, ask yourself if they ruined your ability to emotionally spiral in peace?
Did you used to have a perfect meltdown routine alone, but now you Pause and Reflect. OMG, so rude!
You were so good with your venting and vocal diarrhea on your own, now your words have some meaning behind them and you have to get to the root of those feelings, sad, mad, or glad!
You might also look forward to seeing them. Checking in with yourself and your life, maybe even trauma bonding?
The fact is, whether you love them or hate them for setting you on another path that’s filled with tons of resistance, reframing and new goals, they might even have helped you save your life that was tumbling in a weird direction. But, be honest, you won’t admit that. Nonetheless, you deserve support that just gets you to the core.
