WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH?
Each person has their own unique story, so there is no one set standard that works for everyone. We will take a deep dive into what is bothering you right now, where some of those messages and behaviors come from, and how you want to feel and operate from this point forward. We create a PLAN!
I believe in having stimulating conversations that engage your intellect and your ability to go within to find the capacity to make changes. I work at your pace, but am known to challenge you with some new thoughts that you can apply to your life. I am trained as a Marriage and Family Therapist and Professional Life-Coach. I combine them together for a dynamic Hybrid Approach.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS: $135 FOR 1 HOUR (Most clinicians give 50 mins)
COUPLES: $150 FOR 1 HOUR
I do NOT take Insurance or offer big bills for reimbursement.
I accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle and Apple Pay.

I am in a professional home space in Glendale.
DO YOU DO WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS?
As much as I love seeing you, I need to have some personal downtime for myself. I make myself available for emergencies via text 24/7.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO COME?
You decide what works for you. I understand it is a time and financial commitment. You need to be comfortable with how you are going to address this for yourself. Many clients come every other week and some do monthly check-ins. I respect whatever you need to do for yourself. I encourage you go out and try on some of the things that we are discussing. You can rest-assured knowing that I appreciate getting to know your story so you can just plug in sessions as you need them.
