Cancellation Policy
IN-PERSON SESSIONS: Payments for all sessions must be made in full either before you arrive or immediately following your in-person session by Cash, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Apple Pay. QR codes for payments that are non-cash are available in the office as well as on the outdoor gate as you leave. ONLINE SESSIONS: Payments for all sessions must be made in full either before your scheduled Zoom session or immediately following. Payments can be made via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal or Apple Pay. Links and/or QR codes will be sent to you via email, text or chat. If you need to cancel your scheduled in-person or online session, you MUST cancel your appointment 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you call the morning of your session, you will need to pay the FULL session fee. The Relationship Agreement you completed and agreed to contains all further details. If you are late to your in-person or online session, your session will still end at the scheduled out time. We do not extend appointments beyond your original out time as there are likely other clients scheduled right after you. You will stay pay the full session fee even if your time was reduced by your lateness. If you are running 15 minute or more late to your session, and choose to forfeit your appointment, you are still responsible for paying the full session fee as you agreed to when you completed the Relationship Agreement.
